Dupont Dance Stage School
Exams
Examinations are the benchmark for measuring the technical ability of a pupil and their progress in a subject.
Pupils do not have to take exams but they are highly popular. All of our pupils tend to take them, enjoying the feeling of application and the sense of achievement and technical development as they progress.
Exams can be taken from the age of 5 upwards. We strive for pupils to reach Advanced Level 2 before they leave at the age of 18.
Exam Sessions
There are 3 exam sessions per year: Spring, Summer and Autumn.
Pupils will be entered to take their exams once a year, or when the teachers feel they have mastered the examination board's requirements fully.
